4.Does your company have Original Entrusted Manufacture experience?
Hello, we have the support service experience with the automobile OEM factory that we provided sole support service for Prado’s model to Beijing Automobile manufacturer in 2001. Our business has focused on Automobile aftermarket since from 2009.During these time, we cooperate with the factory who has the demand of racing car steering racks. We success to apply our technology to the racing car field and get approval from our customers.

5.How long does it need to develop new steering rack?
After receiving the new sample from the customer, we begin to evaluate development process. Normally need around 120 days. But it mainly depends on the technical difficulty coefficient of new products. If the product with great difficulty, development cycle may be extended considering the actual situation encountered in the trial-production process.

6.How does your company control the quality of the productS?
A.We select superior supplier for the raw material parts.
B.To ensure the product quality, we follow up the IATF 16949 quality management system strictly in the production process.
c. We have testing equipment including three coordinate measuring machine, Gear tooth detection center, computer testing equipment of steering rack assembly to ensure the products can completely replace the original samples, whether from product installation and use, or performance and quality aspects to meet OE product requirements.
d. Assembly of power steering racks shall be conducted in strict accordance with the assembly line. Each steering rack shall be continuously assembled from spare parts to assembly through the assembly line. The next steps are air tightness test, high pressure test, internal and external leakage test, pressure torque test and computer assembly test. After each product is tested on the assembly line, we will laser engraved production serial number which can be used to traces the product quality. Moreover, each batch of products will be randomly sampled by the quality department and taken to the laboratory for inspection to monitor the quality.

7.Do you have simulated road test for your products?
Hello,
A. The OE samples are provided by our customers and the simulate road test is carried out by our customers.
B. We always disassemble the OEM steering rack from our company-owned car, and install the one launched out by ourselves to have a test.
C. We have customers of off-road racing. Our products’ quality can be upgraded because of constantly getting the actual data from the application of our steering racks for racing cars.
D. The R&D of our products is based on the parameters of OE sample, so as to ensure it can completely replace the original steering rack in installation, use, performance and quality. The trial installation is completed by cooperative customers who will give feedback.

8.MOQ
Hello, our MOQ depend on different situations as below:
A. No MOQ required if the products are off-production line.
B. No MOQ required if the products are on our production schedule.
C. As for those parts without production schedule, 30/50/100pcs would be all acceptable. We will arrange production schedule when the accumulated quantity reach to 500 pcs, the more quantity you order the earlier we start to produce.

9.How long would be the delivery time?
The delivery time is according to different production condition, specifically as follows：
a. It takes 15 days from order to delivery for the off-line products.
b. It takes 60 days from order to delivery for products with production schedule.
c. Usually it takes 70 to 90 days for products without production schedule. Please contact the sales for the exact delivery time.

10.How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is 12-24 months since the delivery date.
a. The warranty period is 24 months with DKM packing
b. The warranty period is 12 months with neutral or the other packing.

12.About after-sale service
Every steering rack has production serial number on it. If there is any quality problems, please take photo of the serial number and state the problems in detail to salesman who will feedback to our R&D department. If it is testified that the product itself has the quality problem, we will provide same brand new product or other model on the same value for free as the compensation in the next order.
